tkbt Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

Welcome to tkbt. These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and tkbt ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all use of the tkbt website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, promotional offers, and related services. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any wager on the platform.

By accessing tkbt, creating an account, or making a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue your use of the platform immediately. tkbt reserves the right to update these T&C at any time; continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Use of the tkbt platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout their continued use of the service:

• You are at least 21 years of age. tkbt does not permit access to any person under the age of 21.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or automated system) acting on your own behalf.
• You have not previously had a tkbt account suspended or permanently closed for rule violations.
• You are participating voluntarily and not as a compulsive or problem gambler. tkbt encourages all users to review our Responsible Gaming page before placing any wager.

tkbt reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity (KYC), and source of funds at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

To access the full functionality of tkbt you must register a personal account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. The following rules apply to all tkbt accounts:

• Each user is permitted to hold one account only. If duplicate accounts are detected, all associated balances may be forfeited and both accounts closed.
• You must keep your account credentials — username and password — confidential and not share them with any third party. tkbt staff will never ask for your password.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. Notify tkbt support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
• KYC verification (government-issued NID card or passport) is mandatory before the first withdrawal. Processing of KYC documents takes up to 24 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.

tkbt may at its sole discretion decline to open an account or close an existing account without giving specific reasons, subject to applicable obligations regarding the return of verified account balances.

tkbt supports the following payment methods for players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum deposit for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳200. Minimum deposit for card payments is stated at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 3 business hours during BST working hours.
• tkbt does not accept deposits made using funds that belong to a third party. All deposits must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name.
• tkbt reserves the right to apply additional security checks on any withdrawal request. Such checks are conducted to comply with anti-money laundering obligations and may temporarily delay processing.

Deposits credited to a tkbt account are non-refundable once wagered. If a deposit is made by error, contact support before placing any bets. Post-wager refund requests cannot be processed.

tkbt offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, and Eid. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is displayed on the promotional page at the time of claim.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except as specifically provided in the bonus terms. Bonuses credited in error will be removed from the account.
• tkbt reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is modified after a user has already opted in, the terms applicable at the time of opt-in will govern that user's entitlement.
• A single bonus may be active on an account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotional offer. Users are responsible for reading the bonus terms before claiming any offer.

tkbt maintains a strict fair-play environment. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all associated balances:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with tkbt support.
• Opening or operating more than one account, whether under your own name or any alias, in an attempt to circumvent account limits or claim multiple bonuses.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated system to interact with tkbt in a manner that is not available to regular users, including any RNG manipulation or odds-exploitation tools.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or tournament on the platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the platform to transfer, conceal, or disguise the proceeds of illegal activity.

tkbt cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh and internationally in the investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Users found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may be subject to legal action in addition to account closure.

tkbt is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Access to the platform is restricted to adults aged 21 and above. tkbt provides a suite of responsible gaming tools that users may activate at any time from within their account settings, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion.

If you believe gambling is negatively affecting your wellbeing or the wellbeing of someone you know, we urge you to contact our support team through the in-platform messaging system and to visit our dedicated Responsible Gaming page for further guidance and resources. tkbt reserves the right to impose account restrictions on users who display indicators of problem gambling, even without that user's explicit request.

All content on the tkbt platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game graphics, text, data, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive property of tkbt or its licensed content providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, adapted, publicly displayed, or transmitted in any form without the prior written consent of tkbt.

By submitting any user-generated content (including support messages, feedback, or reviews) to tkbt, you grant tkbt a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, and display such content for internal operational purposes. You represent and warrant that any content you submit does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tkbt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if tkbt has been advised of the possibility of such damages. tkbt's aggregate liability to any user in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tkbt does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or events beyond our reasonable control (including internet outages, server failures, or regulatory actions) may temporarily affect platform availability. tkbt will use reasonable endeavours to restore service as quickly as possible and will communicate planned downtime in advance where feasible.

tkbt may suspend or permanently close any account at any time if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or if required to do so by any applicable law or regulatory instruction. Where an account is closed for reasons other than user misconduct, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the user via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

A user may close their tkbt account at any time by contacting support through the in-platform messaging system. Pending withdrawal requests that were submitted prior to account closure will be honoured subject to standard verification requirements. Balances associated with unmet wagering requirements will be voided upon account closure.

tkbt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via in-platform notification or email to the address registered on the account. The revised Terms and Conditions will take effect from the date of publication on the tkbt website. It is your responsibility to review the T&C periodically. Your continued use of the platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised terms.
